Dr. Cecile Fraley is a board certified pediatrician, and is the PPSW Practice CEO. She received her undergraduate degree from Stanford University and her medical degree from Case Western Reserve University. She completed her residency at Primary Children’s Hospital, University of Utah. Dr. Fraley enjoys all ages and aspects of primary care and brings a holistic approach to pediatric and young adult care. Dr. Fraley is the Physician Champion for Pediatric Partners' Integrated Behavioral Health Team.
Dr. Fraley is interested in regional health care and policy. She has served on the Durango Network, Community Care Team, Mercy Regional Medical Center, and Colorado state American Academy of Pediatrics Boards. Dr. Fraley was appointed by Governor Jared Polis to serve on the Colorado Department of Health Care Policy and Financing's Medical Services Board. Dr. Fraley also serves on the Rocky Mountain Health Plan's Community Strategy Group. Dr. Fraley and her husband are delighted to live in Durango and hike, bike, and ski, occasionally with their twenty-something twins
